Trails of Brady allows animals under 30 pounds and under 18 inches high.
The appropriate deposits must be paid and an Animal Agreement must be signed.
Specific animal, breed, number, weight restrictions, animal rules, and animal deposits will not apply to households having a qualified service/assistance animals.
Note: Accommodations generally do not extend to any animal posing a direct threat to the health or safety of others.
